How does the money-back guarantee work?
On Social Media, SEO and Ads plans, if you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment, tell us and we refund that payment in full. Ad spend paid to the platforms is not included. One-time projects such as websites and logos come with their own promise, shown on each plan. Our Refund Policy has the details.
Why are prices different in each country?
Prices are set for each market in its own currency, based on local costs and what the work involves there. They are not converted from one currency, so they don’t change with exchange rates.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Package prices cover our work. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform.
How do monthly, quarterly and annual plans work?
Plans renew automatically each period and can be cancelled before the next renewal. Quarterly plans save about 5% and annual plans about 15% compared with paying monthly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay in every market, plus local methods: UPI and Razorpay in India, FPS in Hong Kong, Alipay and WeChat Pay in mainland China, and bank transfer.
Can I get a custom package?
