A new project launch is the moment when marketing has the biggest effect on sales. Buyers decide quickly, competitors are active, and the first weeks set the tone for the whole project. Breaking the launch into three phases of about a month each helps you spend wisely and avoid the common rush of last-minute adverts.
Days 1–30: build the foundations
Prepare a project landing page with location, floor plans, price range and payment plan, and connect its enquiry form to your CRM and WhatsApp. Produce photos, renders, a short video of the area and a downloadable brochure. Set up conversion tracking before any advert goes live, so every lead can be traced to its source.
Days 1–30: create early interest
Start a "register your interest" campaign aimed at people searching for property in the area and at past enquirers. Early registrants are often the most motivated buyers, and their questions tell you what to emphasise at launch.
Days 31–60: launch with focus
Concentrate budget on search ads for project and area keywords, and on social campaigns with video. Invite registrants to a launch event or show-apartment visit before the public. Reply to every enquiry within minutes during launch week, with enough sales staff on duty to handle the peak.
Days 31–60: use proof, not hype
Share real progress: construction photos, approvals, the show apartment and the neighbourhood. Concrete details build more trust than superlatives, and they help ads pass platform reviews more easily.
Days 61–90: keep momentum
After launch, enquiries naturally slow down. Retarget visitors with new information, such as remaining unit types, a payment plan update or a completed milestone. Ask early buyers whether they are happy to share their reasons for buying, with their permission.
Review every week
Each week, compare leads, site visits and bookings by channel. Move budget to what produces visits and bookings, and pause what only produces cheap enquiries.
What changes in each market
India
Show the RERA registration on every page and advert, and plan follow-up on WhatsApp in English and the regional language.
United Arab Emirates
Property adverts need the permit required by your emirate; run bilingual Arabic and English campaigns for residents and overseas buyers.
United Kingdom
Portals remain important; make sure prices, tenure and charges are presented clearly and in line with advertising standards.
Hong Kong
First-hand sales are tightly regulated, so check how prices and sales information may be shown before launching campaigns.
Mainland China
Use Baidu, WeChat and Douyin, and avoid absolute claims, which advertising law prohibits.
A launch that is planned in phases sells more steadily and wastes less budget. AdzProHub can help you plan and run your next launch.
