30-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans
This covers the Social Media, SEO and Ads plans (Starter, Growth and Pro), whether you pay monthly, quarterly or annually.
- If you are not happy, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
- The guarantee applies once per business, to your first plan with us.
- Advertising budget paid to Google, Meta, TikTok or other platforms is not part of our fee, so we cannot refund it.
- Content and work already published or delivered stays with you.
Cancelling a monthly plan
There is no lock-in. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. After the first 30 days, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
One-time projects
- Websites (Landing Page, Business Website, E-commerce): you approve the design before we build, with unlimited design changes until you approve it. If you cancel before design work starts, we refund you in full; after that, we refund the part of the project not yet done.
- Logo Design and Brand Identity: if none of the first concepts feels right, we design new concepts at no extra cost.
- Marketing Audit: if the audit does not give you at least 5 actions you can use, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund it.
- 90-Day Growth Plan: we revise the plan until it fits your goals.
How to ask for a refund
Email sales@adzprohub.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, and does not limit them.
